Saint Angela Merici medal. The front of the medal depicts the saint and the reverse side of the medal is inscribed with "Pray For Us". This detailed die-cast medal is made in the region of Italy that produces the finest quality medals in the world.

Angela Merici or Angela de Merici was an Italian religious educator, who is honored as a saint by the Roman Catholic Church. She founded the Company of St. Ursula in 1535 in Brescia, in which women dedicated their lives to the service of the Church through the education of girls.

She is the patron saint of sickness, handicapped people, loss of parents, courage, strength, and determination.
