Saint Tarcisius oval medal that depicts the saint on the front and is marked "Thy Kingdom Come". The back of the medal depicts the sacred heart with the crown of thorns, there are 12 slash marks beneath the heart, representing the 12 promises of the Sacred Heart. This detailed die-cast medal is made in the region of Italy that produces the finest quality medals in the world.

St. Tarcisius, holy acolyte and courageous protector of the Holy Eucharist is the patron of altar servers and first communicants. His feast day is August 15th.
