Saint Blaise Medal - Patron of Sore Throats and Throat Disease
SKU: CM292Saint Blaise oval medal that depicts the saint on the front and "Pray For Us" on the back. This detailed die-cast medal is made in the region of Italy that produces the finest quality medals in the world.
St. Blaise is the patron saint of throat illness, sick cattle, animals, wool combers, and wool trading; invoked against animal attacks and throat disease.
During his lifetime, St Blaise was best known for the miraculous healing of a child who was choking to death on a fishbone, hence his other role as the patron saint of sore throats. To this day on his feast (which occurs at the height of flu season) crossed candles are applied to the throats of the faithful in Catholic churches. Feast day: February 3rd.

International Shipping Information:
All packages are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Tracking and delivery confirmation are included in the cost of shipping (your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships).
Canada: We offer two flat rate options for shipping. You can choose which works best for you during the checkout process. Your package will ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) until it arrives in Canada. It will then be delivered by Canada Post.

USPS Priority Mail flat rate shipping (6-15 Day) - $38.95
